What is the PTA? The PTA is a national volunteer organization.  It is a service organization that unites home, school and community on the behalf of children and youth.  The PTA Board at Frank C. Whiteley School is made up of approximately 30+ committees in which parent members coordinate various programs for all of the children and their families.  The Whiteley PTA is open to all volunteers and welcomes all of our families to participate.
