Summer Outreach
Opportunities
School is wrapping up and a
fun summer break is ahead. Summer is a great
time to lend a hand and support your neighbors.
There are many ways we can help and below are
just a few of the great opportunities that are
out there for us.
1. Plant extra veggies in your
garden that you can donate to a local food
pantry. The Palatine Food pantry will accept
fresh produce on Mondays, Tuesdays, or
Wednesdays.
2. Give to the Apple Tree campaign at the
Palatine Township. This is a drive to
collect school supplies for children of low
income families. Please check for updates on the
drop off location and dates of the drive.
3. For a long list of local area
volunteer opportunities
Check the 'Weekly List of Opportunities' link.
Thank you for visiting.
