	PTA President's Message The President's message here Welcome to Frank C. Whiteley PTA's Web site. This is my third year serving as Whiteley's PTA President. I have been involved with PTA for a few years. Some of the committees that I have been involved with are Kindergym, Health and Safety and I was the PTA Secretary for two years. We are always looking for new faces to become involved in PTA and we welcome you to stop in to see what it is all about. Our PTA meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday each month and begin at 7:00 p.m. Please take a moment to surf this Web site. Our webmaster does an excellent job keeping our Web site updated and has provided you with many tools that you can use to answer any questions that you have.
