Box Tops for Education classroom contests are held during the school
year typically in September, January and May.The two classrooms that collect the
most Box Tops receive their choice of a popcorn, cookie party or another
special treat.
Box Tops are worth 10 cents each (be sure to check the
expiration date) and Whiteley will receive the check directly from Box
Tops for Education. Be careful when cutting out your Box Tops.
Any Box Tops that are not completely intact will not qualify.
During the 2005-06 school year, Whiteley School received almost
$2,000 which was used for the purchase of playground equipment.
The monies raised during the 2006-07 school year went towards the
purchase of the new climbing wall in the gym.
